Satia Studio started in 2016 with a straightforward idea: help Indonesian businesses show up better online. Back then, that meant building websites and running search campaigns. Over time, the work evolved.

Quality follows a clear checklist for UX, performance, accessibility, security, and SEO basics. Work is reviewed on staging, tested across devices, and only then promoted to production. All steps are logged in the Client Portal.
Yes. Scope, features, and deliverables can be tailored. Share goals and constraints, then a proposal with milestones and pricing will be prepared in the Client Portal.
Each milestone includes a focused review window. Feedback is grouped inside the Portal to keep changes tidy and traceable. Extra rounds can be added if needed.
Brand assets, copy, and references are ideal. If content is not ready, placeholders can be used and copy support can be added to the scope.
Projects usually start with a deposit, with the balance due at handover. Invoices and receipts are available in the Portal. Bank transfer and other local options are supported.
All final deliverables belong to the client after full payment. Accounts and hosting are set under the client’s ownership to avoid lock in.
A post launch window covers bug fixes and small adjustments. Ongoing care plans are available for updates, backups, security checks, and content changes.
The Portal centralizes briefs, quotes, tasks, milestones, files, and invoices. Progress can be checked at any time and notifications keep everyone aligned.
